The tape is a polyacrylate double-sided foam tape produced using a unique solvent-free manufacturing technology. The adhesive for the foam core and surface layer is all composed of polyacrylate viscoelastic, rather than coating the adhesive on both sides of the foam core, which is also The biggest difference between tape products and common foam tapes is that they can be vividly called "solid glue". This special structure endows the tape with special overall viscoelasticity. The tape can effectively dissipate the stress in the bonded joint through the mechanical relaxation of the tape, so as to effectively protect the bonding wire. The foam core of the tape is 100% fully closed cell structure, and neither water nor air can pass through.

Foamed adhesive tape is made of EVA or PE cotton as substrate, coated with solvent-based (or hot-melt type) sensitive adhesive on one or both sides, and then made of release paper again. It has the functions of sealing and damping.  

The base material used for pe foam tape: pe foam tape is used as the base material, the thickness of which can reach 0.1mm to 3mm, and the thinnest one is thinner than A4 paper.

Commonly used pe foam tape is generally 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, etc.
